My reaction was directed at a specific player who was constantly harassing, bullying, and provoking me, but I know that is no excuse for breaking the rules. I should have simply reported them instead of engaging. I have learned from this mistake, and I promise to follow the community guidelines and remain respectful in the future. I kindly ask you to review my suspension and consider giving me a second chance.

Thats why its called a suspension. You now have enough time to think about what you said, what went wrong and why it was bad to let yourself provoke so bad that you did something that in the end harmed yourself instead of taking the easy way.
It’s a suspension, not the end of the world, and it will run out at one point and you can return and behave better in your next try.

People say things and not many try to even report it. People need to report more of the bad stuff they are seeing to avoid this being as common.

Please do - especially also when writing in chat. Frustration in the game - for whatever real or perceived reason - is never an acceptable argument for breaking the game rules.
If a player observes a misbehavior (and playing a vehicle I don’t like is not a misbehavior…), he has always the possibility to report it, so we can assess the case and punish where appropriate.
But as soon as the player reacts himself, e.g. by becoming offensive himself - and I often observe as GM how the reaction is leagues worse than the action that triggered it - the whole situation gets worse.
My Messages above was directed towards my Post in the Forum. I know that it’s wrong what I’ve done but I always catch myself doing it again. I don’t know if you can see it on my Account but I’ve already had plenty Chat Bans, but I always catch myself raging especially in Air Battles from 10.0-11.3 because it’s somewhat unbalanced but that isn’t a excuse for getting offensive towards other Players and I know that but like I said I always catch myself writing offensive things when I rage
