change the report system please?
its an appeal for system
i got first chat ban 34 days ago i was innocent and chilling ever because i got new dream vehicles it was really fun and i had nothing purpose to say such a vulgar words
and then after 30 days finally unbanned i was really glad finally! i can talk to friends now! but after 3 days got ban again… in those 3days i was cautious because i didnt want to get ban again i just wanted to enjoy
some people are complaining about this issue and almost half of my friends were falsely accused
this is serious issue for some players

A chat record is sent with every report, so fake reports won’t get you banned. The report is dealt with retroactively, so you probably got another ban from an earlier time. Contact the game master.

Agreed in general, but sometimes even GMs have a bad day. I received a few years ago a 30d ban because the GM punished me by accident - i reported heavy insults and i got a chat ban :-)
But, to be fair, i contacted a GM and they admitted their mistake and revoked the ban.
Imho report spamming was always an issue within wt - best advice:
- Don’t react to insults towards you - nobody cares about what a random stranger want to tell…
- Stay out of in-game chat discussions.
- Calm down your friends - or replace them with more relaxed guys…
- Relax - the quality of reports against you is deciding if you get a ban or not - not the quantity.
If you feel the need to retaliate:
Sarcasm and Irony are extremely powerful tools. But, you need to know the language to use them effectively. The obvious benefit is that sarcasm and irony use mostly positive words - so you won’t get banned for foul language…
