Another take that has nothing to do with reality. Someones seems to be forgetting that by the time fighter players get to aim at the bombers, you are already shooting with multiple guns and multiple gunners allowing room for mistake.
On the other hand, fighter players do not enjoy this kind of easy gaming, since we suffer from realistic fire damage, realistic engine damage and realistic AIR DRAG, which the bombers seem to convenietly lack.
But of course we already know that you bomber players, seem to be playing completely different game.

Single hit to the wing. Trailing edge. Or hit at an very high angle. 600 meters out.
It should be top priority to fix this. A general increase in bomber durability has been done. It is time to increase fighter durability ASAP.

Tbh it looks closer to 2-3 hits to the wing while under load.
Which kinda makes a bit more sense why it broke, but should it have broken from 2-3 hits? Idk.
I know I watched some video last night where a P-51D did that to a bf109 though, so it might have some validity
Wouldn’t know, the hit analysis didn’t show that hit. The hit analysis needs to be fixed.
It was one hit. Clearly no damage to completely blown off.
Well problem is you only get a tracer every few rounds.
It’s more than likely multiple hits all at the same time.

It very clearly is not, i posted that to talk about an issue with the damage model. Positioning doesn’t have anything to do with.
With your logic the buff to bomber damage models was pointless, as they could try positioning.
