It’s just a structural body for the trophy APS testing I wouldn’t worry about it as it’s not what the turret will look like

I mean, it will have to look something like that. After all it is a test of trophy mounting, including sensor and launcher position. However i deem the fron tensors position suboptimal, so maybe yea, it wont look like that
The turret rear surely will but the turret front could be different and the hull well we know the challenger hull doesn’t look like that and from what we know the hull is staying the same so there are things here that are just for structural reasons.
Nope, it’s described as a representative structure. Also peep the hull side armour and frontal add-on.
Below the additional side and frontal armour you can see what appears to be a challenger design.
If that’s the case then the hull front will be getting heavily modified which I thought wasn’t happening unless the MoD decided they can spend some more money
Well, the fron APS sensor location is at least suboptimal. The blindspot is gigantic

I think the hull front is getting extended forward and they will make it more harsh and angle whilst incorporating some changes to the LFP

Would the drivers view port irl be a fatal weakspot with spall liner? I always wonder about that area.
Most likely, drivers viewport isnt particularly well protected but then again tanks guns aren’t pixel accurate like they are in warthunder so hitting the viewport especially at range would be pure luck. Also for what the challenger 2 is designed for you wouldnt be able to see much else other than the turret. It’s a defensive tank would be behind berms and such.
