Latvian Army posted several high-res images of Challenger 2 with the bare composite screens from the recent Iron Spear competition
imgur album of just the CR2 pics (r-click and “open in new tab” for the full-res images)
You can really see how thick the composite screen is in some of the rear-aspect photos
It’d be nice if we could have the ERA as an optional modification on the TES to get this look

Yeah no it didn’t, it’s been like this for ages, it’s the backplate.

I find the TES performs well against ATGMs.
I feel like one of them has better ERA at the lower plate but no natter what but as you said Gaijin should defo look at it. Its pretty dumb.
It doesn’t even protect against 800mm Atakas and Vikhrs it’s ridiculous how bad the ERA is when it should be able to stop 1200mm kornets
ERA that actually able to stop the most basic Chemical threats of the time (Literally an rpg can have 1200mm of pen when the TES came into life), whats that.
