Challenger 2 MBT - Technical data and Discussion (Part 1)

NERA/ERA sandwich, it is not pure ERA, Just go with the ASPRO

But you have a sabot loaded so you have to nail the bmp with that first, then load HESH because unloading a weapon is unrealistic…

Hypothetical situation so anything applies.

However

The Fire Order (with LRF) for that engagement would be “FIN BMP STOP LOADING LOAD HESH”.

In the Field Army, we unload by firing!

shot lands on the UFP and ricochet

You mean you bounce if the upper front plate and get killed

Might have finally sorted engine sounds

I just went to listen the new engine sounds!

Uh… haven’t they made them even more Chieftain-y? xD

Mostly, not ideal but close enough

Well yes but no, here are some sounds
https://community.gaijin.net/issues/p/warthunder/i/hynPGHqC0QK2

why do you think he still had to load the HESH :)

“Not a bug”, no Dyson included

Basically;

-Revving up sound is still Chieftain’s.
-Added a new deeper growl layer.
-Adjusted the revving up-sound relationship.

In my opinion, all we need is to finally get rid of the Chieftain revving up effect and, with a few more fine-tuning polishments, it would be perfect!

Yea, should have included sound CV12 sound diagram, my bad

Well, in some scenarios, i think when the engine is cold, it sounds more Chieftainy like, when it is hot it has a much deeper growl.
