compare it with the upper part of the backing plate (the upper blue lines in the photo where the towcable is)
If it was that simple. On top of the plate there is a steel cover, and even if it is not there and you count they will argue that it is thiccer there because it is a mount to the hull, prove it is thiccer all the way down. If it was that simple there wouldnt be any talk
We are in a situation where we talk with a toddler that says it wants a candy and we have to convince it not to want it
found a rare image of a Challenger 2 in Afghanistan, can gajin add this modell pls? the internet says its real so it is real
its like constantly thrusting your head against a wall, but i dont mean an american drywall but a european brick wall
@Legwolf i see you try your shots again with the side armor

¯_(ツ)_/¯ it’s blatantly wrong, not even a suggestion, it’s just an omission of fact.
There’s no way 2F and TES share the same values. Even more, they got it right when the tank was first introduced!! This used to have great protection, but was nerfed later when someone eroniously tried to get it to STANAG 6 and Smin reported the ERA was getting changed to generic ERA and 30/400
of only this shot had the whole block at th bottom, it would be all easier, as we could check how thicc is the plate in the thicc version of side backplate
yea, that is the shot i meant but is this
an outer side just at the left? the brownish one. if so we can pixel measure it
Yes you can see the seem line at the edge id the photo
Yea but i need the front the perspective makes it hard if not impossibel to take a good measure
we play the british so yes, we are insane
we do know B the thickness of the eralier NERA blocks, we do know A the triangular armor plate with add on NERA bolted onto it, we know that the backingplate C plus the NERA B is equal to the running gear protection D. Cant we make anything with this work?
i mean they are 66mm right?
yeas they are, but i need a PERFECT shot for it to work
This was posted on this thread a bit ago, maybe itll help again now
