next point of question, whats the evidence for it being a thermal camers for the driver? it says night vision which usually infers an image intensifier…
ahhh actually thats the frame modelled, like on 2E, which is correct for 2E

Composite blocks having the same armor as on Chally 1 mk 3, TES having pure ERA, giant block at the LFP on TES and 2F having different values dispite beeing the same. Gearbox that feels just wrong
the composite blocks are basically the same, its all VARMA, we have no data on it and therefore can only assume its the same.

And my driver just hung itself, wt restart it is
once the CR1’s have their protection increased with this rework(fingers crossed), i hope they do the same for Challenger 2 and its innaccuracies.

All we know is that, if challenger 1 used VARMA series 1 which can protect it against rpgs and 30mm apds then challenger 2 would have greater protection over the series 1 !!

afaik we’re on like Series 5 or 6 so yeah, that’s definitely something to look into
I think the same, no one would keep it the same after YEARS worth of armor developement, just like internal armor we have is still Chobham lvl 1
