Seriously y’all… you really went and put likely the ONLY CF-188 coming to War Thunder behind a $109CA paywall… that’s genuinely so many levels of disappointing, I genuinely’ve waited YEARS to get to own and use one in War Thunder, there’s no way I can afford $109 on a plane that doesn’t even have a Canadian lineup to go with it as Germany has our 2A4M… I genuinely just can’t get over how disappointing this is.

Im interested in trying it out eventually. The way people have spoken about them previously, youd think the F-18s were weaker than the Tonkas (though I have gotten plenty of kills against them in the Tonka). Also an IOG SARH at long last will be interesting.
but not gunna be putting much effort into grinding either of them.
I don’t mean to brag or be elitist, but I think we are both above average air players.
Meanwhile the playerbase of premium F/A-18 is usually beginners or people with a farming mindset.
That puts us in a good position to destroy premium F/A-18, even if our vehicle is not ideal.

Most dont understand how to defend against SARH/ARH threats. which works out well for me. Free kills

True! And in all fairness War Thunder doesn’t explain this either. The tutorials are antiquted.
Casual players will naturally want to jump straight into games, not study for hours at DEFYN academy to fly their pixel plane.
I absolutely think they should, but I can understand not everyone is this engaged in their games.

It’s tiring seeing another premium Hornet. Can we not vary up the top tier premiums? It’s becoming very frustrating as it feels as though the Hornet is the slap on solution to everything.

there is a qol inmprovement. The new radar system, im so happy for it, makes me wanna try some top tier air
oh and the bomber gunner improvement.
I’m aware its not just the Hornets with this problem, but what is the point of seperating AIM-7F and AIM-7M at this point (or even having the option to carry either at all)? Aren’t they literally identical?
