When it comes to 11.3+ light tanks, autocannons and rockets are almost useless due to the ever increasing side armor and ERA of the tanks
The game is nothing like real life. That Bradley damaged the observation equipment and possibly the turret drives, but did not destroy the tank. I would say that the T-90M crew was mostly scared (probably inexperienced) and just abandoned the vehicle.
In a game, the T-90M would have just turned the turret and shot the bradley with no chance. The game is not like life in many ways
I’d call the whole thing pretty darn inefficient after playing on CV90120
and we both know the 2S38 could be easily 10.3 maybe 10.7 and still perform, and the already mentioned freccia and vilkas are at those exact same brs
Vilkas, Freccia and coming vehicles do very well even at the higher brs
i recommend shooting at the weakspots, besides that autocannons defeat ERA for the exact same reason of their high RPM, ERAs counter the first shot then they are gone. Thats how ERA works, same with add on NERA those get destroyed, besides not many tanks having those in the first place.

autocannons blind mbts as well, you cant use the gunner optics and 3rd person view is more inaccurate as well

I was talking about the T-90M crew. They left the tank even though they had an advantage and virtually impenetrable armor for bradley.
Bradley’s crew did very well indeed.
u say that to someone who played half as much as you, can gladly get other people here with double your matches who would say the same as me. It just shows you dont know how to effectively play IFVs apparently. And because you are to lazy to learn how to use them right you just are demanding the centauro and being entitled<
Tell me one good reason you want that centauro, besides i dislike IFVS and they dont perform as “good” as cannon light tanks, they perform the exact same role good enough in war thunder.
Their role is to
1.Scout
2.Reduce Air spawn points
3. Be fast and capture bases.
they can both flank and kill tanks. A flanked target those not see missles approaching
if you wanna kill targets from the front play an MBT
being blind is no advantage, if you cant see you are dead, putting your head out to see the enenmy means you are dead, the bradly could have always adjusted at that point , circle the enemy or drive back and shoot a tow missles once he reached deployment range
There’s no one who shows IFV K\D 3+ and there’s plenty of people like that on tanks.
IFVs are weak in this game and will be even weaker. A lot of new tanks with APS will be added in the future which will kill the point of using missiles.
And the additional protection of the sides will greatly reduce the effectiveness of autocannons.
The tank has backup sights that may have been intact. We don’t know exactly what was there, but the chaotic actions of the T-90 crew indicate low experience

You can play BMP-2M on 10.0 and on 11.7 and compare the feel.
Centaur is the only option (and quite logical, considering T-90S, T-80U and Mi-28A) for USSR to have a light tank with 120mm gun.
I think the developers should at least think about this since they keep adding USSR tanks to other nations time and time again
Ironic, considering the Centauro itself isn’t even a light tank…

nr 1 reasons people dont have 3+ kds on ifvs is, they self kill to spawn cas, nations like italy/us and sweden have multiple lights to choose from thats why some are better used as tanks and stay in them

On top of that you are demanding squadron vehicles for the nation with the most squadron vehicles, besides that you know the rules of those squadron vehicles, they get access to the worse ammo, it would get DM33 with 483mm pen, literaly useless for top tier. It would not help your situation at all or fullfill the needs you want.

That being said the recent buff that the 2S25M got access to 3BM60 seems to have gone completly over your head, it fills the exact same role u want

USSR doesnt need centauro since they got the stronger 2S25M
The 2s25m is an inherently terrible tank. Huge, penetrates with a machine gun, slow reloading.
If you compare it to centauro, the difference is huge. That’s why there’s 1.3 BR between them
How would centauro with 483mm penetration do the job you want
the 2s25m has a penetration of 580mm, 100 more then the centauro. At top tier 480mm does nothing.
The 2S25M is smaller then a centauro
The 2S25M reaches 78km/h thats fast already, it doesnt need 110km/h of the centauro, literaly no other tank reaches that speed, because it isnt needed.
The centauro has benefits like the LWS as well.
The centauro would only be better in speed and armor, lws is a neat feature but not a must have.
It would have way less penetration in the USSR tree and is good bit bigger then 2S25M, that isnt enough reasons for the centauro to be added to USSR

yes the centauro 120 has 483mm penetration. You know what is the feature of both the T-90S and T-80U ? they get worse rounds because its a foreign tree. The centauro would only get access DM33, not the CL3143. Or do you wanna say there is specialy rules for USSR?

The reasons for the absence of 3bm60 and 46 is that these shells were not exported to these countries as far as I know.
Naturally without CL3143 Centauro makes little sense, although in that case it would be 11.0
That’s just a guess.
It was specialy denied when people requested them,
there you have it, even if we compare it with , besides that i would even go so far to lower it to 10.7 ,like i said the Stryker would be stronger
do you have proof the CL3143 was exported to russia?
As it stands right now, the way previous squadron vehicles got implemented russia would lack the CL3143 shell and the Centauro would be useless for everything u demand
basically every export tanks has a worse shell other then the centurions
