Spooky Profile Frames and a Decal!

“Through Creepy Places” profile frame
For 750rating points in the Ground event: “Through the dark forest” race you’ll receive this profile frame
For 500 rating points in the Ground event: “Through the dark forest” race you’ll receive one of the decorations in the “Witch’s Cauldron” trophy
“Witch Hunt” profile frame
For 750rating points in the Air event: “Witch Hunt” race you’ll receive this profile frame
For 300 rating points in the Air event: “Witch Hunt” race you’ll receive one of the decals in the Dead Man’s Chest
“Grim Reaper” decal
Earn 3000 mission points in any vehicle at rank III or higher with at least 70% activity to get this decal!

Air event: “Witch Hunt”!
Welcome to the dangerous Po-2 “Night Witch” aircraft race! Her path lies between rocks and is full of dangers.
Earn 750 points to receive the “Witch Hunt” profile frame!
The top 1,000 pilots with the highest rating at the end of the air event will be awarded with the Po-2 (USSR) aircraft!
This aircraft will be added to your account within 48 hours after the event ends.
You can track your rating by clicking on the “Award” button in the “Events” window. The update time of the table can take up to 15 minutes.
With WT’s birthday fast approaching, please consider bringing back the Tiger II 105, Panther II and Coelian!
Also nice to see the Po-2 races back as usual.

To stay more on topic, could we get the ‘racing’ skins as camouflages for the tech tree M18 and Po-2? It would be nice to get more than just the yearly decals for competing in the races.
The lighting in the hangar is insufficient to see any details on the vehicle, or anything else for that matter. Users can’t see any decals or decorations to apply or remove. Please turn on the floodlights. It can still be “spooky” with the lights on.
For anyone wanting the PO-2 this year try to get as high up in the leaderboard as possible on the first day. Then you just need to play a few games to keep your place. Usually top 1000 starts at around 1,000 points on the last day so best to aim for somewhere around 1200. I managed to come 43rd with a score of 1381 last year.
If you do not like the Halloween theme in hangar, you can always check for custom hangars. We have a lot of great looking ones on our live.warthunder site.
All I ask is to turn up the lights on this year’s Halloween hangar. It’s too dark to see vehicle details. Otherwise I’m fine with the sttock hangar and I have no need to look for custom hangars. Thanks for the response.
Glad to see the drag removed from the landing gear on the event plane this year. All that needs to be done now is turn off smokes and it will finally be fair!
However, if someone in the top 1,000 already has the Po-2 do they take that slot away from someone who does NOT have the Po-2?
You have to do a custom hangar to change any of it.
There is a custom that uses the default hangar but gives you access to tinker with it. I have it set so that the tanks and planes all position in the same place to save the “panning” jump back and forth.
I think this is the one I’m using.
What I don’t understand is why we are getting these two rather boring races every year, while for the winter festive season we stopped getting the two exciting special modes - Capture the Xmas Tree on Finland map and Capture Presents on Stalingrad map. I miss those fun matches so much.
