I keep encountering an error whenever I try to save my completed CDK mission as a BLK file, which is really frustrating because I spend 3-4 hours working on it, and it ends up being unusable. Could you please help me figure out how to fix this issue? I have installed CDK in the War Thunder folder.

Some maps are unloadable, but some old ones still work. You have to do some fixes like turning off map textures by pressing a button (F8) before the map loads. then exit and click yes to save options. Then you will be able to load more of the maps, but a lot of the newer ones, still no.
