CCRP for Rockets and the feature to release all quantity on the rocket series

The CCRP or Continuously Computed Release Point and the Rocket series release all the rockets at once like if you have 256 rockets then you can release all of them at once depending on what you want on the ripple quantity or rocket series before spawning.
