in 1941 Sweden was in desperate need of armoured vehicles and therefore it was decided to test if the artillery tracktors could be converted into self propelled anti tank guns. This experiment resulted in a single vehicle being converted and tested. However it seems the tests were not sucessfull and this idea was discontinued.

Make a suggestion, but remember to include sources in this case it lacks any sources apart from the single image from Krigsarkivet

In my research, I’ve found that this is an Allis-Chalmer Model M tractor.
Do you have any sources on that they made this due to lack of armored vehicles? I’d love to partake in them since I’ve been looking for better info on this vehicle for a while.
