Warhead mass looks to be tiny, but we’ve also got this: Compact Hypersonic Missile/Effector Reactive Material (CHyMERA) Warhead Prototype & Demonstration. The award states CHyMERA is specifically being developed for Blackbeard. No specifics yet, but hopefully it will bring explosive mass and equivalent up to at least Maverick level instead of SDB level.

The abstract also reveals that Blackbeard would probably be around 7-inch diameter.

it looks like you’d expect a cheapo hgv to look. wouldnt be useful ingame i wager, its not meant to hit targets 10km out

its still an hypersonic projectile warhead mass is complemented by the sheer kinetics of it.

Nuclear Escalation maybe? Main base to the heavy SAM installations is 100+ km IIRC.

Now with the recently added asm3 this makes since to be added especially if the kh38 can do everything including air to air,antiship,CAS,SEAD, this could be what American air needs .
