You’re misinterpreting what is being put forth because I haven’t actually said that.
I definitely still want an additional Tank Only mode that can sit next to standard ground battles as a choice for people to play where they want.

No. You have a team, and no matter if you think they aren’t there or not, someone has to. Especially to counter CAS as you want them to… But you want to run your tank? Ok, but don’t complain that you get bombed.
This here is our or at least my biggest issue. HAVING to do something that is less fun (subjectively), harder and not what I signed up for when I entered the battle with my tanks. Not to mention it usually is less rewarding in game terms as well.

and does someone? no, for a multitude of reasons there isnt an SPAA always defending teammates. and even if there was, its often barely effective
so someone competent having to play SPAA effectively means my duty is playing SPAA literally every game as much as i possibly can, and i can never spawn a tank unless i ran out of SPAAs.
i suggest you go play top tier, and then tell me how fun that experience of you and your team being wiped out by jets is
the entire solution of being forced into SPAA is bullshit. it exists but never worked
