Planes have no problem wrecking spaas without radar / missiles, so they are not “deterred” in the least.
I may have misunderstood that part of the guidelines then. It could very much be talking about spam complaining on a same player multiple times rather than 1 one per person.
So do you want Gaijin to remove that mechanic or something else, besides being more detailed on the guidelines?
Most likely yes but you never know with WT. You could report everyone for TKs but I think that would still be spamming as you have no reason to do so.
That said, sending one report for people that J-out should be perfectly fine, regardless of how many people you report.
They have options.
Either remove the button as a whole, set explicit rules so people know what’s good/bad or just allow automatic system moderate people that J-out and apply predetermined penalties.

I have never met som1 who disagrees with, even the most dedicated CAS defenders. Regardless, you misjudged the purpose of my reply.

And I asked why he was whining about CAS balance if he just wants TO anyways.
Because clearly making things more expensive is not the way to go. TO mode is the only way that will silence CAS haters (because we get TO mode so we don’t have to suffer CAS), CAS mains (because they won’t have to suffer CAS haters), and everyone is happy.

Below 8.0 is the best spot for CAS v.s SPAA balance.
8.3-10.3 has ridiculously OP SPAA, and above that, Russia has OP SPAA and OP CAS, and Germany has OP SPAA and is often paired with Russia.
