If the only reason people play something is because they’re forced to then there need to be some soul searching to be done to ask why.

no it only happens when the plane is launching missiles, it just fully switches target.

I know that’s the mode we have now. What I said is that they’d just remove the mode if everyone plays tanks only.
if thats the case then why does it matter?
So again, we shouldn’t have a tanks only mode because it would be living proof that no one actually wants to play Ground Pound Simulator?

Theyd still have the Kh-38ML, which still outranges every SAM ingame and flies at M2.0+, so its not like their CAS would be bad, they just would have to guide each weapon in and care about the beam and would lose thermals on the Su-34 (the su-30sm would still have thermals with its pod, but would lose 1 Kh-38ML to carry it iirc)

Sadly that could really happen at lower Br’s. If they want to keep it realistic than you need the jets in ground RB becuase there is always air support. However they do need to add better spaa to add more balance and fix how intercepting weapons works again. The stinger should be good at it if they didn’t butcher it’s seeker
Why it would be a separate mode, want to play with airplanes in cas mode play that mode want to just play tanks and not be yeeted from orbit play the tank mode - it’s about giving the player a choice

Nobody play spaa because the reward is to low then playing CAS or tank vs tank.
True also the gameplay kinda piss and without jet/heli up you basically sitting at spawn , at the mercy of your team

Well, then you’d eat missiles as a tank. And this just reinforces what I said. Mixed battles would be disastrous if a TO mode were to be introduced.
Absolutely bro, I so so worry about not having the same amount of ground targets to entertain my Pe-8, I would actually quit the game which is a big loss for company, they probably will go bankrupt because I will stop buying premium jets.

Same dude, like I just grind a plane enough to get bombs, and then I spade that plane in GRB by bombing everyone.
It is difficult to choose spawn spaa or not in the first battle depend on the br you are playing.
The Kh-38M is a laser missile. This means that one missile has one target and until the target is reached the aircraft will follow it, as for me this will be an ideal balance. Yes, the missile is fast and has a range, but there will not be such a genocide of blues as now.
