CAS problem

Popular among who? 5 players? Until there is an official poll within the game, your words are worthless.

Adapt. No one will give you TO mode.

its widely known that a total minimum of 50% of all ground players dont want to deal with CAS.
why would they? who wants to fight planes in a ground gamemode, how does that make sense?
and on top of that, why are the aircraft overpowered compared to ground units?
even if an entire 50% of the playerbase did enjoy CAS gameplay, it warrants an actual ground gamemode

saying “adapt” is a braindead solution and there is no other way to call it.
i will take a shotgun and shoot off both your legs. in your mind you wouldnt be justified in complaining, and would simply adapt, right? its flawless CAS player logic.

It’s a classic CAS main cope, they continue to argue against the change not because it’s better for the game, but because it protects their in-game reputation or status.

Learn to enjoy what is given to you for FREE. No one is forcing you to play. Even more so, you have no right to demand anything.

If they are a paying customer, they have a right to make demands. Other games have far better community-dev interaction, so people demand less and just have dialogue and regular polls to steer the game’s direction. Alas, Gaijin being a Hungarian company, must be demanded and pressured.

The game is free to play. Just because someone buys something in the game doesn’t give them the right to demand anything unrelated to their purchase.

No one is keeping you on a leash here. Just because some company somewhere dances to the tune of every cry doesn’t mean it has to be that way here. Especially when that request is from 5± people who present themselves as the majority.

KSP 1 was developed with constant community interaction, open development procedures and mutually beneficial design process.

KSP1 became a incredible success despite the low funding available to its developers.

KSP2 was developed by an incredibly rich, powerful publisher’s hand-picked group of well-paid developers. They kept development a secret. They took zero advice from estabilished members of the community like Scott Manley or the original developers or the many modders. They refused to interact with the community and refused to work on mutual design principles.

KSP2 became a flop despite costing more than KSP1. The studio working on it had to be shut down, and the product they made fails to compare to its predecessor’s pre-release beta in all but glamour and illusion.

Runescape 3 is the product of developers ignoring the playerbase, pushing their own vision through despite its consequences.

Runescape 3 almost went under, and to this day is held alive solely through nostalgia and a few whales addicted to the MTX.

Old school Runescape was born as opposition to Runescape 3. No more publishers’ whims. No more developers’ out of touch actions. Everything but the basest integrity changes (game breaking bugs, unforeseen consequences, optimizations of performance) must be polled, put to vote, discussed with the paying customers and only if majority agrees, can development begin. Once development is almost done, the content must be presented and through back-and-forth surveys, consultation of target audiences within the community and public consultations a poll is produced, presented and only if it passes by 70% of yes votes can it be implemented.

Old School Runescape, despite having fewer developers and less funding and no MTX, far surpasses Runescape 3 in success in terms of revenue and playernumbers alike.

I believe these examples speak for themselves. Direct comparisons between the same product effectively, differentiated only through the developers working in harmony with the playerbase versus think themselves superior and cutting off communications.

there is nothing free about war thunder and the amount of dumb shit you said so far is making you seem like a gaijin plant more and more

you can use the least amount of common sense and observation to immediately understand that a big part of the playerbase doesnt give a shit about CAS. out of all problems this game has, this one needs a survey the least.

Why are you constantly showing your kh38mt here? We already know, this is the best agm in the game. You’ve already started it, so show the multistrikes of all nations and tiers. Cas is also dangerous in every battle rating, according to those who ask for tank mode.

Tbh cas is weak around 9.3-10.3
All the ir slingers are pretty damm strong

I’ll tell you again. ±5 players are not the entire player base. Just because a player plays with a tank doesn’t mean he’s a fan of tank mode. When there’s an official poll, inside the game, where all players will vote. If there’s a majority in favor, I’ll apologize, I was wrong.
But for now, this is just the cry of a few players.

ive never in my life seen a player show happiness when killed by cas. ive only seen negative reactions.
how deep of a delusion are you in to think that almost anyone enjoys being killed by cas? not every player in the entire playerbase wants to camp like a rat in CAS like you think they do. just because you enjoy a one sided free win playstyle doesnt mean everyone is here for it

Maybe we could add a third dimension for GRB vs GSB. I’m not including GAB because their CAS system works differently.
Maybe also a dimension for WW2 vs Post-war. (WW2 GSB CAS is very different to post-war GSB CAS, and both are very different to GRB CAS for both guided and unguided eras).

My hypothesis for the original 2 dimensions studied:

B1 will be significantly greater than B2. A2 will be middle-of the road with A1.
