CAS problem

Ok then what strategy ? You asking people to pick the lesser of two evil. Either spawn in a SPAA and your team is down one person or spawn in another tank and hope you don’t get killed. Actually mentally stunted bro

You also die in a tank to spawn CAS, so…

When I die in a tank while fighting a tank there is always something I could do about it in order to win.

When I’m in open top I don’t have much chance no matter what I do

I agree with your answer and the only sollution is trust your teammate spaa to counter any CAS trying to kill you.

And even if your teammate did spawn SPAA and wants to help you he might not be in correct part of the map to help you or he is already fighting another plane(s).

crazy and whacky counter to CAS player cope:
if you add a ground-only gamemode, both ground and mixed players will be happy playing what they enjoy

he refuses to not die to CAS …?
standard reading comprehension of CAS player

Maybe go to the post, read it again slowly and then come here again with reading comprehension lmao.

I can’t answer on your question because it depend on the B.R. battle. I calculate playing on rank 6 -8 you need at least 4 spaa actieve to fully cover your team. Skilled spaa players can keep CAS on distance or destroying them.

Hadn’t played in a few days, first game today and managed to hit this little 💩 twice with DM23 and still it managed to fly back to helipad. One game only and I had enough

I love how this thread is basically

“You dont know to read!”
then comes another and says to the last one
“You dont know to read!”
then comes another and says to the last one
“You dont know to read”
repeat

lol

It’s just people who can’t be asked to spawn SPAA or CAP whining honestly.
Or unable to read the description of Ground RB.

God forbid someone doesn’t want to die to something he can’t do anything about in PvP game.

I belive You would agree with an idea that a person who have just killed You should be immune to Your shots while he can simply destroy You.

You repeat yourself, go get some fresh air.

Nah i read the mode and hate the fact you have to have spaa or cap for ground

I want to play tanks, not planes. If I wanted to play planes, I’d stick to air modes - which is what I do. I pretty much gave up on GRB because whenever I feel like driving around my tanks, I get bombed to death by corsairs, hellcats, shot to pieces by yak9ks and so on.

As for SPAA,

again - the only time SPAA can kill planes is during that tiny window of opportunity when they’re diving at 60-90 degrees and are moving at an insane 600~km/h, and usually only after they’ve released their payload and killed your teammate and are extending out. And usually only if they extend out badly and immediately go vertical to kill their speed.

Otherwise, any smart fighter bombers does the same thing the Hellcats, corsairs and helldivers did IN REAL LIFE during operation ten-go: Circle like vultures at 1.5km+ altitude of not higher and casually stay outside of any manually aimed, non-radar assisted light & medium anti-air gun’s effective range (flak boxes still exist as a threat, but MG and cannons aren’t gonna do anything to you that high except for super lucky shots from very high volume of fire. And somehow, yamato missed even the heavy guns and had no CAP).

If battleship Yamato, cruiser Yahagi and their destroyer escorts struggled to do anything to a swarm of hellcats and corsairs and helldivers in real life with naval-grade anti-air armaments… what do you expect a milktruck with 4 20mm guns that runs out of ammo after at most 5 seconds of fire?

Combined arms gameplay in the combined arms mode of a combined arms game isn’t a broken mechanic, it’s the game.

Tankers who fly playing the game are simply exercising their freedom of choice to play what they wish, as is their right. RB GFs has always intended to host aircraft and tanks–CA is WT’s premise–so advocating against this popular mode is pointless. Serious TO advocacy means advocating for TO gameplay, not against CA gameplay.

The ‘trigger queue’ or ‘toggle button’ concept is likely the best avenue to realizing TO…yet it sits neglected. It is tragic that such a reasonable and straightforward idea (one that I think would work) has been cast aside and left on the sidelines. Why don’t TO advocates push for that harder?

Talking about that death you were just dealt accomplishes nothing…talking about the effect of a toggle in the matchmaker, which would expand players’ freedom of choice and not restrict it, offers players something new. That is a more interesting and appealing angle to work as lobbying goes.

Years of potential TO availability have been lost due to of poor stewardship of the idea: we might have had TO years ago (2019?) if the trigger queue idea was pursued as aggressively as complaining about deaths to CAS.

To succeed in seeing TO realized in game, TO advocates must sell Gaijin and the community on the idea…so far, that’s not been done.

You should not stand on the same location as spaa because they know your location once you are missing the shots. I always move around the spawn area after burst fire then set up again.
