Germany does make most developments with other nations cause of political moves, its not like its needed, the important part is being able to produce it themself as well, which is the case for most stuff you named.
France did lose the capability to produce mbts, in production of most stuff you named germany is quite big even if it might be licensed stuff, alternatives have been developed already as well
