I don’t know if anyone has seen this before. I am unable to log into the support site. It just keeps redirecting me to login again. I have tried deleting everything in the browser, used a private window and tried it on chrome and firefox but nothing seems to help. I finally made a ticket for account recovery but I don’t know whether that is the right avenue. Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
I can login to everything else just fine.
