i am trying to reduce or add power in sight mode but i simply dont have the control of it.
need a bit of help here, i turned off auto pilot but still take control of my heli

Hrmmmm, have you checked your keybindings to see if something is being used twice?
I will also STRONGLY advise you to backup your keybinds before messing with things too much. It is very easy, please let me know if you need any help with backing up your keybind file before proceeding 👍
I would also suggest emailing your keybind backup to yourself. The file is very tiny. That way no matter what you will always have a backup in the cloud as well as on your computer itself. I try and back up and email mine monthly. At the very least a few times a year, especially before and after I make major changes.
