Cant Changing Location in Profile

I would like to purchase a 20-day premium subscription. I have sufficient funds to make the purchase but i keep getting a message saying that the payment has failed and also it keeps redirecting me to the China region.

I even attempted to resolve the issue using my friends credit cards or gift premium thing but that didn’t work either

I have never been to China in my entire life.

I’ve contacted the support but it’s been almost a week with just one response but its useless (sorry) i would be truly grateful if someone here could provide a solution.

See if there are any logins that are not from where you are

First of all thank you so much for your response. However, since the system keeps trying to assign me to the China region my first thought was to check there but i only found the locations where i’ve logged in there were no different IP addresses.
