I am currently able to join the War Thunder Esports Discord server, but I cannot create a ticket because phone verification is required.
When I try to link my phone number, I get immediately removed from the server.
My previous Discord account was hacked and banned, and I believe my phone number is still linked to that ban.
Because of this, I cannot contact support through the Discord ticket system.
Could someone please help review my case or suggest a solution?
As an additional note, I contacted Discord, and it seems there’s no problem with the phone number. Therefore, it’s likely an IP ban linked to the number, and it looks like I have no choice but to contact the server administrator of the eSports Official channel. I also contacted the server moderator, but they said I have no choice but to go through the administrator, so I’ve sent a friend request. I hope the request goes through and I can talk to them.
