Hello, I’d like to suggest one of 3(that I can guarantee) Canadian Red Ensigns that could/would show up in War Thunder as a decal. This one being the most common as it is the one that was used during WW2. And would show up on vehicles from then.
History:
The Canadian Red Ensign, despite the numerous versions of the flag, was the civil ensign of Canada from 1892 to 1965. It would also serve as the de facto flag of Canada until the final version was replaced by the Maple Leaf in 1965. This version would first be made in the early 1920s, due to the fact that there was no standard design for the Red Ensign, the Canadian Government would ask King George V to order a new coat of arms for Canadian use. With the College of Arms making a suitable coat of arms, it would not be long later where it was accepted as part of the new Red Ensign on the 26th of April 1922. Despite being the flag that would represent the Canadian forces, the Red Ensign would only become the official flag of Canada in 1945, when the Governor General of Canada would sign an Order-in-Council.
