I was wondering as of the update Tusk force some Canadians vehicles have been split and some hasn’t.
Aircraft like the CF-118 is in Britain instead of the US while vehicles like the RAM and Skink are splitted off into two trees.
With the addition of the CF-118 wouldn’t it make sense if the Canadian Leopard 2A4M be also split between Britain and Germany ?
Then Canadian players will have a somewhat if a small line up of the ADATS, CF-118 and the Leopard 2A4M.
Well, it would be nice to have the 2A4M CAN duplicated, like the Ram II B and Skink, it’ll be a long time.
But hopefully it happens one day. Or at least the next Canadian Leo added is added to the UK, if we haven’t gotten a proper home for Canada by then.

They can very much move vehicles to different nation trees without an issue. Unless they add it as a TT instead of it being a premium.
They can, but only when a nation gets a home, and even then I don’t think there has been exaples of it for sub-trees yet, just new full trees(and even then you keep the ones in the old tree and I’m not sure if your given the one in the new tree if you owned the old one).
Sadly Gaijin wishes to withhold these from Canadians.
Honestly, they need to standardise where Canadian, and to a lesser extent, Australian vehicles go because currently, it’s a flustercluck.
It seems that gaijin is moving in the right direction with the commonwealth hornets being a big chunk of the update (the alt camos were probably most of the updates file size)
while i hate the idea of a leopard 2 in the british tree because the leopard is the magach of NATO trees i do want the canadians to have all their kit in the correct (British) tree so that they can do canadian lineups
Main reason they added 2a4M to the german tech tree was due to conflicts with community
German mains would have been mad since it was a german vehicle but in a british tech tree
Australian tech is fine since it’s only the AIM outside the tree but the Canadians are spit between 3 and the likelihood of Canadian tanks might be coming to Britain is high due to the rework tease imho
whenever they release a vehicle and they dont know where to put it, they mostly put it into the Country that made them
Ya, it sucks. It’s why some of us do everything we can to get Canada a home, even if it leads to bruing briges with most US and German mains, becuse their wants are against what most Canadians wants.
tbf I was kind shock that we got both Hornets as I thought gaijin would give at least one to the US, the Bison was the money goat for us and made sense to be a premium since it was part of the Indian sub announcement. So for me having two rank 8 premiums kinda felt odd since the CF-118 would of totally fit as squadron vehicles for both trees

That’s 11 Canadian vehicles in the British tree, many of them already tech tree machines. Compared to 3 (or 4 if you want to include the Skink twice) in the US tree, only one of those being a TT vehicle and a controversial one at that. Germany almost has the same amount of Canadian tanks as the US does.
Similar story for Australia, there is now 16 Australian vehicles in the British tree. The only one that isn’t is the Abrams.

Doesnt change that UK should just get all vehicles of all major developer nations for the sake of it.
Whats the point of researching any nation if you can find the main pieces all in the UK.
I am all for stand alone trees if necesary.
But until then not all commonwealth vehicles should just get thrown into the UK.
Unique pieces like the 2a4m can, KF41 aus as example should go to developer nations where they belong

Been playing the Ram I and after being kill by it a few times, has made me think and it would be nice to have it join the growing low their Canadian line ups.
For the shake of it, so you think it’s fair for nations like the Canadians to be plastered all over the place while nations like Thailand get’s a home is fair ?
We are really going their aren’t we, Oh no the UK will have Typhoons, Tornados, Hornets, Gripens, Rafales, Tejas & Su-30’s but having a Leopard it’s a disaster.
No one is asking for ALL commonwealth vehicles the Canadians are just a small part of being the Commonwealth, it doesn’t make sense to just have their top tier jet aircraft and SPAA but not have their MBT’s.
So tell me again why should the Canadians be spit, you can still have the 2A4M Can the same as how the US still has the RAM. It’s not fair for the Canadians not have their top MBT separate from everything else so the Germans can gate keep
And to add to this more, the Germans have only 2 Canadian vehicles within your tree unlike Britain who has the majority so if anything it should be the Canadians whom should get a say where their main MBT goes not the Germans

Leopards are already stretched as it is.

For all we know gsjin didnt give UK the Rafale and the Su 30 for the exact same reason , since they dont want that.
Base 2a6 can be added, that ones worthless and everywhere anyway. Like i said the ubique variants should go to the developer.
RAM was a trade, there is nothing the british could trade for, they can get a 2a6.
That was just an excuse Gaijin sold everyone to keep them happy until “new domestic” US SPAA’s were added. The US never needed the Skink - there’s easily 2-3 dozen US SPAA’s that could pad out the tree.
