Anyway, I found out why SK was pushing the K9 so hard.
With some promised rearmament, there is a want to buy 80 to 102 self-propelled howitzers. Also, a ground-based air defence system, unknown if self-propelled.
What happens with these, definitely need to keep an eye on, as it could mean more possible vehicles for the tree.

There isnt.
But its a cost benefit calculation.
Canada doesnt bring enough to justify being the next techtree.
There is still options for gajin that will payout way more.
If gajin adds canada it would be years away when there is nothing else left. But at the same time you already complain if canadian vehicles get added, just not where you want them.

I have a wiesel mells suggestion, but since germany is already a tree, there is no benefit calculation to be done. Its will only further increase money since the start is already done

I’m just saying that most Canadian will defend the idea of a Canadian tree because many people think that we are a friendly nation who never helped or did anything during war…

I completely disagree with this line of reasoning. It does not make sense, operator nation trumps the nation that designed a vehicle’s predecessor.

That’s probably why people make Canadian suggestions - to build up a good amount of knowledge on what Canadian vehicles can be added. Make the dev’s lives easier by saying “here’s something cool, here’s the background work and information.” That way they don’t have to spend time researching - they only need to validate the work.
When a big enough body of work is done, and Gaijin can say “we’re in a good position to commission this work, and don’t have anything in the pipeline” it’s much easier to gather the information - it has already been put together, along with good photos and technical specifications.

honestly couldnt care less about the LAVs, i only stated a funny posibility that for the devs would be a reasoning enough
