It was always my understanding that it was a limited time event thing, but recently someone said you can get it from SL boxes that you buy during events. This led me to thinking about it and I now wonder. Is it still possible?
currently only from loot boxes of older ones

Gaijin really should add it back properly. Only being in SL crates is a shame.
