conveniently ignoring the perfectly sloped hull vs le box.
they have zero armour and its an HE shell not APHE, you have to be more deliberate in shot placement but will also be obliterated by anyone with a 50cal or autocanon. a TLS doesn’t help you when an XM800 rips you apart in one second
you’re asking for it to be lowered to essentially face things that mostly cant combat it from weak guns and insufficient armour. We are just pointing out that its true balancing factor should be its removal as WT is reserved for real vehicles.

You know that hangar test are easy to do, but really hard to reproduce when there is only 1 pixel to change and no pen/bounce.

It should be placed with ferdinand line cause its his place.
Its a ferdinand like with same armor and worst pen.
It cannot deal with T54 and others.
Even on the br it should be, french and many other tanks can kill it pretty easily.
its an elephant with superior armour, 200mm flat on hull & casemate vs 120mm@70deg hull (so equiv to 293mm LOS thickness), plus the near guarantee of a shell shatter or ricochet) and 200-225mm casemate armour which overlaps.
4mm of flat face pen difference at point blank so comparable in gun punch, such a small difference its within player error tolerances for every test shot
108g TNT in elephants shot vs 200mm in the HO RI so WILL nuke anything it penetrates
Overall far superior TD in that field
you don’t know how to aim. Literally just shoot the mantlet and it pops
if we put it to the same BR as elephant or ferdinand only two vehicles of the same BR could easily combat its armour, Charioteer and Ratel 20 as their APDS and missile pen is of whats expected at 7.3
You can also penetrate and one shot literally every single tank of that BR everywhere with rare exclusions.

Please do not overlook the Ho ri engine, the 1000+HP engine makes it quite flexible
