No you can only get one god mod per game

You can only get one God Mode per match, but I believe you can get Skill Matters and Rank does Not Matter provided you use a vehicle with the specific BR range those rewards require. You can also only get one of those rewards each.

If you use an appropriate vehicle, you can have 3 rewards per battle.
it is automatic, you have God mode first, the second kill give you Skill Matters, and the third give you Rank does not matter.

For God mode, + 5 BR. If you play a BR 5.0, you must kill a BR 10.0 or more.
For Skill Matters, + 2 BR to 4.9 BR. If you play a BR 5.0, you must kill a BR 7.0 to 9.7.
For Rank doesn’t count, + 1 BR to 1.9 BR. If you play a 5.0, you must kill a BR 6.0 to 6.7.
