I actually looked at some aa stats like osa, zsu23, tpk and they seem to output same 0.6-0.7 which is average kps for all tanks. So they aim just as good as they aim on tanks vs tanks I guess. Maybe I was indeed demanding too much considering they output alright (for them) results.

Tho I missed one factor. Which is number of planes. And it can have influence on their stats too considering sometimes nothing spawns at higher tiers while at lower tiers you can always find someone in fighter or “american bomber” with multiple bombs named corsair and labeled as fighter for some reason.
