most the time i use a drone for stunts and to anger AA sitting at spawn lol. like go play the game stop sitting for 30 minutes :sob:
Yeah, it’s a support role, just like tank destroyers providing fire support at long distances or light tanks supporting the team by spotting and marking targets. Also those have in some situations a limited direct combat value for the team, but for SPAA this is of course more pronounced.
The value of a player or a vehicle is NOT necessarily only dependent on the direct combat value.

I think thats just how things are in general on top tier. Planes dont spawn often unless its meta like su25t/su39/su30. Others are just not worth it compared to what tanks can do.
Drone nerfs scouting discount so killing it makes farming cas with scouting easier.

Well, I bring SPAA to ground battles to keep the Skies free from flying prowling eyes that tell my friends positions to the enemy, and free from enemy air assets trying to kill my friends in TANKS which battle it out with other TANKS face to face…
