I recently unlocked the PoBIT and unlocked the maw and all the missiles but I can’t equip them with the chaff pods (which I assume is intentional but I wanted to ask just to be sure), I know that there was a glitch with the chaff pods on the Gripen for a while and I just wanted to ask to be sure it’s not something similar.
Can the F-16CM PoBIT really only carry 4 missiles if you have the countermeasure pods?

the MAW+CM stations are reserved for carrying A/G munitions though i’m pretty sure they can carry AIM-120s in real life
that kinda sucks it makes the PoBIT even more less valuable compared to the Hornet and Golden Eagle
there’s a reason its called the PooBit.
the PooBit and F-16V should either get the erroneously missing double AIM-120 racks or be moved down to 14.0 because they’re genuinely worthless at 14.3 and just gluing underperforming AIM-120Ds on it did literally nothing for its combat performance.
if gaijin actually got their shit together and reflected closer to irl capabilities, the AIM-120A/B would be stronger than the current AIM-120D, and the AIM-120D would be released only in a year or two from now

yes that’s generally how stationing multiple weapons on a single pylon works
IIRC said pylon is specifically marketed that it can carry various weapons WITHOUT need for the adapter (one of its main selling points as well) which is why in this context the adapter for AMRAAMs needs to be specifically mentioned
There are some promo images for the latests blocks which include triple missile racks so if they wish to give more missiles they can. Same goes for the MAW/CM pylons with an adapter you can use air to air missiles in those stations.

Very unlikely, if you look at PIDs the sensor used for it would be blocked by missiles which is why certain munitions are allowed as they don’t block the sensor. Besides I don’t think I’ve seen an image of PIDs with missiles but if you know of any feel free to correct me.
