Can the Chinese FS70 rocket pods get a look over/balance pass?

So at least from the stats given, they should be on par or at least sightly better (at closer ranges) than the American Hydras. However in practice, they’re very hit or miss in terms of doing comparable damage to the Hydras, or even doing damage at all. I have about 100 hours in the Chinese helicopters alone, almost exclusively using unguided rockets to grind to the top tier Z-10, and compared to its American, and especially Russian counterparts, its again just a very poor experience.

While its (somewhat) serviceable in the lower tier non ccip chinese helis, the FS70s perform poorly past 10.0 to the point that it severely hinders the performance of the top tier Z-10 and Z-19. When flying the Z‑10 or Z‑19 in a role other than a long‑range ATGM platform—specifically focusing on close‑in, team‑oriented rocket helicopter gameplay (BruceLeeroy94 style of helicopter gameplay), these rockets really hinder otherwise amazing aircraft for this role. Again, especially compared to its American and Russian top tier counterparts, where at top tier side flanking with Hydras is sufficient enough to penetrate and do significant damage a majority of the time, and the Mi-28 and Ka-50/52 can even take fights face on and do damage if flown and rockets aimed properly. With the Z-10 and Z-19, in my experience so far the same cannot be said. My ability to do damage and participate meaningfully in the battle feels more RNG based, no matter my positioning or where I aim along targets.

I have a suspicion that this might be due to its flight trajectory, where at range the rockets are landing at a higher angle thus negating most of its damage? But I’m not sure as even when I land close range, near perpendicular side flank shots, it feels random if they’ll penetrate and do damage or not, when a Hydra or S-8KO certainly would.

Again, just asking for a look over to see if they’re bugged, or even a balance pass to bring them more inline with what the other nations are capable off. Thank you.
