Can’t contact game master

Ok I’ll keep this short and sweet.

Got incorrectly banned.
Posted topic for help.
Got linked to support page.
Support page says contact game masters.
I go to contact game masters.
Can’t contact GM as I’m not an active player.
Can’t become active because banned.

Can someone please just help me out as it seems I can’t go down the normal avenues for account reactivation.

Can you see if a invite for a private message appeared? I’m trying to put you in contact with one Gamemaster regarding your ban and impossibility to contact one at your own.

Is it due to a name or is it regarding a different type of ban?

It says it is because of unsporting behaviour and use of malicious software but I haven’t played in probably a couple of months and I can’t even comprehend using any software to cheat or hack so i think that maybe my account has been hacked. I really don’t know what to do I’ve been playing war thunder for over 7 years at least and this has never happened before, I just jump on my PlayStation and load up the game I feel devastated.

You say you went to the support page, did you contact support or just contact a game master after looking at the page?

Game masters won’t be able to help with malicious software bans.

You need to login to the support page and create a ticket.

I went to a link provided by Necronomica but the support page just gave a load of Q and A type responses and I couldn’t find any in relation to my specific problem. The only one that seemed closest to mine started that support does not deal with it only a game master can revoke the ban I feel as the I’m going round in circles.

Did you read the instructions on the page provided?
