Hello, today I decided to play war thunder and opened my game to this message. I have never used cheats in war thunder or any game for that matter. I play on a tv and my console as you can see in the picture, so I think there is no way to even get cheats. Is there any way that someone from war thunder can help me? I have spent lots of dollars of allowance on this game and I just want my account back, if anyone from war thunder sees this my account name is Emmm3, thank you.

Your account was most likely compromised and someone with a better gaming chair (cheats) played on it

Apparently happens quite often on account without 2FA. I know at least 2 cases in my Discord server.

Contact support for ban appeals. If it wasn’t you, your account is probably compromised. Usually you can tell by the unusual login location.

Cheat/Exploit bans are handled exclusively by Gaijin Support and are not reviewed, appealed, or overturned by Game Masters, Moderators, or forum staff. If you suspect your account was used by someone else to commit any forbidden actions, please provide proof for other, unusual login locations when contacting support (you can find your recent login history in the Security Settings on the main War Thunder website).

Thank you all for the help, I just checked and someone from a different state logged in to my account so I am sending screen shots of that to gaijin
Some help for your appeal since I went by the same situation, try to locate the first login from your “intruder”, take multiple screenshots of all said logins AND send the photo of your console.
Say you were growing some suspicions.
Don’t forget to write your WT username, the email linked to your account and be very polite.
In my case they asked me for a DXDiag file, so be sure to send one if they ask for one How to create a DXDiag file – Gaijin Support
That worked for me atleast when I had a similar predicament.
In my case it luckily only took 3 days, and also fun-fact, your daily streak won’t break.
But they will tell you to download gaijin pass, please do as a follow up incident will end in complete termination.

Why don’t people just activate the 2 step think? It could save you in things like that.
I did activate 2 step and this still happened
