I recently bought a pack that was on sale and i bought it on steam but i had my account as a gaijin account so can i somehow transfer it to my gaijin account this means im -35euro and have a premium on my lvl1 steam account instead of my level 93 main gaijin account.
create a ticket with gaijin support at https://support.gaijin.net/ . They can help you with this problem

Ask the support to transfer it to the other account. I had the same problem a while ago with golden eagles, they helped me.
As guys above said - please contact support via ticket.
Please be sure to “do not touch” anything you purchase on wrong account.
