What is the LOSAT desing for anyway because the verhicle is big like half Maus size. You get spotted without light tank at all.
Well, or just buy more slots and put LOSAT as special vehicle to use at convenable maps.

What did you expect from the LOSAT? It’s a gimmick vehicle and will never be good.
Changing its BR won’t do anything. WT Maps simply aren’t made for the insane distances that the LOSAT is effective at.
as if the BR placement were ever historical. And no it wont be broken, close range LOSAT pose no threat
oh if its not a threat at close range lets put it at 4.0 it has no armor anyway, so nobody will have any troubles with penetrating it right?
and what about large maps? 6.0 and higher are brs where the big maps start to appear like sands of sinai or fields of poland. LOSAT will point and click with its insane fast ATGMs?
among the wort tank in game in can be any br and probaly still be bad and only work in very specific map

No. It can be mechanically terrible, but it has the capability to lolpen anything if you find sweetspots to camp with it.
In fact, I have terrible stats with it, but it’s because I’m impatient, not necessarily because it can’t perform by itself.

maus at least have great armor and 2 guns
it’s not about the size of the tank if you get seen by the enemy you are dead !
you need to stay in the same place if you move the LOSAT missiles will go to wrong way and most of the maps are small at this br and it’s missing the tracking system it have
the way i play is i go to sneaky areas and very away from enemy and shut down my engine it’s not good even at lower BR or higher nothing will change the tank it self need missiles flight rework and tracking system.
LOSAT bad design anyway just 8 missiles on tank chasis and hoping you hit someting without getting killed.
in 7.0 to fight ww2 tanks and the maus wich is 7.7 really interesting balanc man…and more historical
if u actually play the LOSAT u will know its anything but point and click lol. its a buggy missile that doesnt go where you point and post pen is not as good as it should be

honestly its bad at every BR, but at 7.0 it will have some chance because enemy doesnt have range finder to kill it instantly, as stated in the original comment
Of course I never played it; it looked bad from the beginning, so I didn’t grind it. You also never played LOSAT against WWII/post-WW vehicles, yet you still think it’s a good idea.
It might not work very well against modern tanks with composite armor/ERA, but anything from 6.0–9.0 (as you’re suggesting) is paper against LOSAT.

Exactly why it shouldn’t face 7.0. How do you kill it with a Jagdpanther, for example? The distance is 1,470 m—you can’t even rangefind it. You need a couple of shots (at least two, unless you have 20k hours or an RGB gaming chair) to kill it. Meanwhile, the LOSAT turns on its Gen-2 thermals, aims at you, and kills you, because you have no armor against its missile. The missile is “bugged”? You’ve got 11 more coming.
You think it’s a good idea to put it at 7.0 because it has a “buggy” ATGM? Then put my ZBD-86 at 6.0. It also has paper-thin armor, its ATGM is extremely slow and starts shaking past 500 m, plus it’s only one missile instead of 12. Or take any early ATGM vehicle at this point—they’re all bad since Gaijin changed ATGM physics.
It’s just a bad vehicle; you don’t have to play bad vehicles.
Jagdpanther will finally have a proper counter outside of bombing? Well now that you put it like that, I’m all for LOSAT at 7.0
This tank isn’t good, moving such an advanced tank down to fight tiger 2s is also incredibly bad. It should not be downtiered.

Remember all those times where you said if somebody complained about something that they just can’t handle fighting it and have a skill issue
