To emphasize before explaining what happened, I do NOT own a pc nor personally use mods or cheats on any gaijin game. I also live in the us, not china. I have proof of purchase of game from 2018 via the PlayStation store along with the premiums of both war thunder and enlisted over the years that I’m more than happy to provide.
A week before April 27th, I logged into the game which mistakenly did not have 2 step verification. I noticed different languages in my vehicle load outs, at the time I dismissed it. The day of the 27th, I logged in to see the account was banned. Later logged into my gaijin account and noticed my phone number was removed, and the location of the account was set in china.
I’m asking to find help to see what I can do to have my account back, I have all my emails for proof of purchase. I’m more than happy to provide proof even if it’s writing my username in front of my tv and console displaying the receipt.
