I’ll say yes, unless the current contest has a specific rule/theme. You can enter most screenshots even edited that is inside the artistic screenshot label, respective moderator responsible for the original post should be able to answer further questions about the image.
almost always you can use edited pictures. like the previous comment said “inside the artistic screenshot label.” that means:
“Artistic Screenshot (anything that has been touched up by photoshop etc) - creative or artistic enough to get our attention.”
