make the Italian F-104S ASA more interesting to play.
F-104S ASA-M would be cool to have after F-16 but extremely hard to balance and barely any people will grind it.
F-104S ASA already has a BR problem from 9Ls, the 13.0 BR from 9Lis would not make it better.
Imo it’s better to add foldered ASA-M variant, irccm missiles will bump it even higher though, to 12.7 or 12.3 (considering it’s missing its cannon and all ground ordnance). Can also get AIM-9L/I-1 btw.
The F-4F ICE will be 13.0 with AIM-9L/I’s and AIM-120As. The F-104S ASA with AIM-9L/I’s would not be 13.0.
Yes, I’m aware that the F-4F ICE will likely be more under-BR’d next major update.

Most 13.3s and 13.7s are under-BR’d. This is not uncommon knowledge.
It’s also not uncommon knowledge that a vehicle with four AIM-9L/I’s would not under any circumstances be at the same BR as one with that on top of four AIM-120A’s and superior flight performance.

It is as useless as an F-18 [F-18 has more AMRAAMs which would make it 0.3+ higher].
It’s a strong aircraft for 13.3, it’s just some 13.7s are under-BR’d.
Hornet is most definitely going to be 13.7 material
