Can AV-8B+ carry and use LAU-138 pods?

It was trialed as a bespoke BOL centerline podded rail, known as the FCMD ( Mongoose) as it dispense the MJU-52/B which is known to be the US designation for BOL-IR countermeasure flares .

Also it should probably also retain access to the ALE-37A pod from the baseline AV-8s too.
