Hello everyone. I want to buy gaijin coins with my steam balance. But it says ‘‘The purchase limit for this account has been exceeded’’

I have purchased a helicopter at Gaijin Store for use my steam wallet but not solved. Please help.

It might be to do with how long ago you set up your TFA. I think you have to wait 30 days after doing so?
