Local ground player can’t comprehend taking air to air missiles to swath Su-30s and Su-34s before they even reach combat zone. If there is weapons similar to Kh-38 in performance for other nations they should be added. But if players deliberately don’t want to counter CAS with every tool at their disposal it’s not a CAS fault. There are plenty of other examples from different nations at different brs (like A-6M with Skippers for example), but i don’t see people complaining about them as much as about Kh-38

Or you can just remove fake 38MT cause there is not a single hard proof that proves its existence.
with GNSS addition ML is more than enough already.

A CAP plane costs about 10 times as much as an SPAA and as much as a CAS plane so theres almost never a reason to purely fly CAP.
There are plenty of weapons with similar performance but they either dont get added or get gimped for balance reasons.

Kh-38MTs are not meta due to ranges of SPAA introduced in last major update.
Italy, Britain, Germany, France, and even USA & Israel & probably China will have counters to Kh-38MT platforms.
Only Sweden and Japan lack things for IR AGM countering, but that’s a very rare setup in random battles.
Kh-38MT’s maximum effective range for locking moving targets is <21km and require direct line of sight.
They also cost far more than GPS guided munitions.

so if it costs as much as CAS does it mean it’s cheap? Or does this mean that CAS is expensive to spawn? And there is always a reason - fun for example.

The seeker head is mostly the Slanets seeker since the stat card says lock range of 70km and in real life the Slanets ARH seeker is 70km on a 5m2 RCS target, the 9B-1103M is earlyer ARH seeker, and both of these seekers exist
