i dont know where to complain so i whude be happy if you guys put a link to a site where i can report these things.
i know russia has many powerful aircraft and weapons for them but for the nineth wave update i have been notecing that nearly all(and even the R-27ER) have been extremly underperforming. most of my radars around the 13.0 BR have been geting chaffed by only one chaff even when flying at me, and my R-73 having even worse flare resistance then a R-60, with my radar missles bearly being able to manuver and feeling like they are 10G missiles, and having the range of a half a AIM-9B. while the enemys AIM-9L,AIM-7P and amny ore just ignoring my flares,chaff and ground cluter.
For example, in my latest game i went for a F/A-18C early and send a R-27ER at him and he sent a AIM-7P at me. i tried to role it, and i say try because that thing went like it was laser guided and straith into my cocpite when i was 20M off the ground and chaffing, but my R-27ER went dead the second it hade to turn a bit in a headon, and thtas just one out of desent of situations where all my thing did not work while the missiles form other countrys were like as if guyjin them self modifed all the peoples weapons the second USSR was on the enemy.
and i dont want to hear anything that USSR has the best toptier becaus i am not there yet, and the only thing in my opinion that are good on USSR toptier is that they are misslies spam. and still most games performe worse then other countys toptier.

If you believe that something in the game is incorrectly modeled compared to real life then you can bug report it here: Gaijin.net // Issues (just search a bit first so that you don’t report something that is already reported and known about)

For historical issues such as this they have requirements for what is considered acceptable sources (some leeway for the most modern things in the game though due to things still being classified):
hey so idk why but it doesent let me report my problem.
i even went a recorded the problm with my riend but it didnt let me report. and i was logged in and was literaly making a entiry book about the problem but it didnt let me report.
do you know why?

Are you getting any error message or is the “create” button just grayed out?
When you fill in a bug report some of the fields are required to be filled in for you to be able to send it in, which fields those are depends on what is being reported. The required fields are the ones marked with red stars:
Some of those fields require specific files to be uploaded.
i did fill those out. i put the corect version, my windowes and everything. i even went on the internet to make sure i got everything right and when i made sure for the 3th time i did i pressed sent, it said that it cant it can’t be sent because theres a problem in the files i went and checked everything and all the files i put there and they were all fine. when i tried to do it again the files were curopted and were unusable, i realy don’t know what i did wrong.
