Today after I updated my game and logged in, I found my game in this weird state
This makes it basically impossible to play, which is quite problematic as I just got the 1 day of premium as compensation for the DDoS attack…
How can I fix this?

Please start from:
Updating your GPU drivers to the latest available for your OS/GPU
Be sure not to use OC settings.
Check files integrity via launcher/Steam library.
