Good day everyone,
Sorry about the rant, but this is ridiculous. I just had half a dozen bug reports closed as “not a bug” by the same Bug Reporting Manager at the same time with VERY invalid reasons.
T-72s missing commander’s cupola armor - T-72 series missing commander’s copula armor // Gaijin.net // Issues
Closed with the reason of “Not a bug Report”. Keep in mind, I showed the in game model being flat and missing the hatch 3D effect it should have with actual photos of the hatch AND explained how borated poly (a doped plastic) holds no armor protection effect in real life (I PERSONALLY have worked with it in the nuclear field). Where else is this supposed to be reported at?
AiM 7F tracking issues - AiM 7F broken and attempts to track targets nowhere near radar // Gaijin.net // Issues
Closed with the reason of “Unfortunately you have not included all necessary data. Without it, it is impossible to resolve the issue. If you’ll encounter the issue again, please make a new report. The report should include description of the issue, steps to reproduce, unedited screenshots made by game, log and replay file. Screenshot should be made during the bug or immediately after it occurs.” Not only did I include unedited screenshots showing the radar scope and how the missile tracked a target that was NEVER within the radar scan, I included the game log
ATGM not fusing - ATGM not actually fusing even though it hit and should have // Gaijin.net // Issues HOPEFULLY this is fixed by now but they FINALLY decided to look at a bug report a year later. Sadly, since it’s an old version, the link means nada but come on, how am I supposed to “steps to recreate” when it’s “I shoot target with ATGM, ATGM flies through target on the server replay, no fusing”
And then, my latest bug report. I FINALLY found the reason as to why the AH-1G/Tzefa A/Tzefa B sights are bugged out. The pilot sight locks onto the chin turret “zero azimuth” position, as if the pilot has control. Not only is that against doctrine, you would have to MANUALLY adjust the sights to that versus having them established for the FFAR. I also found that the AH-1G/Tzefa A camera model is in the neck area while the Tzefa B is at actual head level, creating a difference in the M37 reflex sight view AND a hard shift in the sight if you carry an underwing pod/20mm, which is the ONLY way currently to get a sight that would be accurate for the FFAR pods. The original is AH-1G/Tzefa A/Tzefa B pilot gun sight missing FFAR sight // Gaijin.net // Issues and I just RECREATED THE SAME POST because it instantly got locked at AH-1G/Tzefa A/Tzefa B pilot gun sight missing FFAR sight // Gaijin.net // Issues.
This is simply unacceptable and clearly showing a bug reporting mod not wanting to deal with the hassle of running these up. There’s other bug reports and it’s ALL almost the same response and instantly closed with no ability to respond, even when the reason holds to validity as a response.
Anybody else having the same issues with bug reports or did I just get snailed as per usual?
EDIT (ADDITION): Oh, my favorite of bug reporting how clouds are one way mirrors when comparing ground POV to air POV ( Clouds act like one way mirrors when comparing player POV // Gaijin.net // Issues). I’m sorry… what? Do I need to SPECIFICALLY say “Spawn in ground battles, spawn in plane, compare POV from ground to air”? What is this?
