Buff Needed: Khalid (9.3 BR) Suffers From Terrible Reload & Outdated Optics

I’m writing this post to express my concerns regarding the British Khalid main battle tank at BR 9.3.This vehicle is far too weak in combat effectiveness. Its armour-piercing rounds do not have any meaningful advantage in angled penetration performance. It also suffers from outdated gun optics.

Worst of all, its reload time is far too long: 7.5 seconds with an ace crew. When fighting against main battle tanks from other nations at the same BR, this slow reload puts it at a massive disadvantage.

I sincerely hope the developers can buff its ace crew reload down to 6 seconds and upgrade its gun optics.

Its actually one of the strongest 9.3s at the moment, though I do agree that the reload times of Cheiftains is too long, especially after the Soviet reload buff recently.

Any reduction in reload time would be huge, perticuarly for the mk10/900 which moved up to 9.3

This is a matter of historical accuracy. So you’d need to submit documents to have it buffed (though they might also just ignore said reports like they have been for the CR1 and Ajax)

This tank was one of the very few he recomended. Was gunna pick it up next sale. Its bad?

Its great,just OP have skill issue. Its awesome tank,i have it as backup in my 10.3 lineup after i use Chally DS,Bhishma and Rooikat.

it is like Vextra as light tank in Franch, faster to die than load the ammo

It’s a chieftain Mk10 with good mobility. So yeah, it’s quite solid.

Though I do agree that the reload times are quite annoying

It’s more like a chieftain mk5 with a much better engine, laser range finder and the (non existent) apfsds round, lacks the additional stillbrew turret armour.
