BT-7A F-32 moved to rank 3

Heyo

I think it would be very cool if the BT-7A (F32) was made into a Rank 3 vehicle. I understand that it can be used in events as it is an event vehicle, and I think it would be even better if you could use it complete other task that require Rank 3 vehicles.

There already is a ussr premium at 3.7 rb that is rank 3, so I don’t believe it’s an unreasonable ask.

I’m honestly wondering why this tank is 3.7 to begin with. It really should be around 3.0-3.3.

The T-34 1941 is only slightly slower and has significantly better armor at the same BR. Also, the BT-7 is very easy to flip over.
